I had done laser surgery of my left leg due to primary ligament tear in last year but present time my knee pain so what am I doing?

I have pain in my knee when sitting and getting up. Also in the morning when I get up my hand fingers are locked and my toes also not flexible. It takes some time for me to get up even the knee pain while getting up and sitting down. I had a c sec delivery 19 months back and got this problem post my delivery only. It was there for 10 months after my delivery and got some what relaxed. But now again for the past 2weeks I have got the same problem. Pls advice.

I have pain in my finger which is not continuous pain. I feel a wave of pain then it vanishes.

There was cracking or clicking sound with pain nd not able to move my wrist downward by putting thumb in closed hand but now i got injection of steroid nd i get relief from pain but cracking sound is still there due to movement of thumb nd it occour near thumb side wrist when i wake up then this sound occour mostly so plzzz doctors help me tell me the soulution of this......

Hello sir I'm jay pathak I've had swelling in 2016 june the knee and after sometime I had mri and it shows I have a. Meniscus tear and mild joint effusion but in not July 28 2017 I had Surgery but still compare to another knee it still have swelling I change my physio Dr several times but now I've find a good physio Dr and I'm going there I'm doing advanced excersice but I still have pain in around the kneecap one of Dr says it's patelloformal pain ur quads is weakthats y sir plz

I got my right foot twisted and now the foot is swollen and little pain is there. I have used Volini spray and then crape bandage is used on the affected area. Applied ice on it. Suggest me some homemade remedies to make it fine by weekend.
