I have a problem of knock knees. It would be really helpful if you could please suggest some exercises/yogasana to correct knock knees.

Huge knee pain while walking. Cannot walk properly due to pain in knee. She is having ayurvedic medicine till now and taking some pain killer from the general physician doctor

Hi ...i m 26 yrs old. Since last few days i m having back pain..I don't understand why it started all of sudden. The pain is exactly 2 sides of my waist. I had taken myospaz forte for 5-6 days..but still the pain is there. So please let me know what could be the reason and how i can get cure. Thank you in advance.

I am a gymnast and did a standing back handspring. When I put my arms on the ground, I heard a pop/crack (it sounded like cracking your knuckles) in my elbow and it hurt immeadiately once I landed. I iced my elbow immeadiately. After 24 hours, there’s been one small bruise and no swelling or redness. It hurts a lot when i fully extend my elbow or go to touch my shoulder. I can move it, but it’s painful. It only hurts to touch on the bottom side of my elbow closer to my shoulder.

Last week, i got my finger crushed between Dumbbells, bones were alright but pain is not going and there is lill bit of redness in affected area.

Both legs are weak automatically, couldn't walk perfectly. Plz suggest me?????

I sprained my ankle yesterday and within 10 minutes it became very swollen. When I went to bed last night I noticed that my hurt foot was very cold compared to the other foot. The coldness went all the way up to my knee. Bruising is starting to form and the cold temp will not go away. Why is my sprained ankle leg so cold?

I have a history of skin infections, osteomyelitis and bone infections. I wanted to know if there is anything I can do to not get them? I am a quadriplegic and had a few operations to remove extra bone growth from my hips. every time I start to work out I get a bone infection and am forced to stop!
