My mother is having bilateral leg pain (knee, tibia and fibula areas) and she is having numbness when sat for prolonged periods of time and changing to sleeping position relives numbness. she is also taking psychiatric medications since 17years and her age is 47. Applying coconut oil to legs relives pain somewhat during nighttime. What is the problem for her? Pls suggest me

I have upper back pain. It's almost a year now. I have tried therapies from machines and manually but there is no difference. Is there any cure to back pain or I have to live with it? Am suffering from pain in right knee at lower end of patella , I was a active tenis player , due to pain not playing since 6 months .
