Bone & Muscle problems

All of sudden my brother got backbone pain. It's been 2 days. Any suggestions or reasons for this. .

I'm 20 years old Male. My arms are weak, So I'm unable to do a single pushup. I'm healthy overall. I weigh 67 kgs. My entire body is perfect except my arms. If I do a Small work, It pains for hours. Could this be any deficiency ?

Shooting pain in left shoulder...rises and subsides. Sometimes travels to back of neck. Started suddenly today while sitting.

I had faleen about 3 weeks ago. theres a little pain and not musch but still i went for an x ray i have been getting dual answers here . a doctor said there is a little fracture in this app while the other said its normal ligaments problem after looking at x rays. please have a close look and suggest whether theres a slight fracture or just ligaments problem which can heal on its own. (I PERSONALLY DONT FEEL OF LEFT malleolus being fractured as i have walked around 4 to 5 kms in this condition without experiencing any high pain).

I suddenly got a bent in my right side lower ribs. It never hurts me, i m a tall guy. It is visible when i take bathe. Why it occurred suddenly?and how can i get rid of it.

I am feeling pain since 7 days in bone of my right feet (backside above heel). This is more prominent while standing or walking for long. Also, feeling burning tired legs after just 10 min of walk. But this somewhat better now. Howver, pain in backside bone of my bright feet is still prominent. No pain in no motion state. Pls suggest.

I had a sprain on 27th of February. When an MRI scan was taken it was stated that there is an near complete ACL tear and slight internal bleeding. My knee movement is partial restricted and have pain when folding. Doctors have suggested for a surgery.
