Bone & Muscle problems

My sternum is hurting very badly and has a bit of a rash from where I fainted in the hospital last night. I called and asked what had happened and they explained they did a "sternum rub" on me because I was unresponsive. I have ibs and have been known to faint from stomach pain and I'm not sure why this was actually nessecary. Point is, is this level of pain normal after a sternum rub? I've been icing it and taking Tylenol and it still feels very bruised and hurts when I move/breathe.

I feel like imma go insane the pain is always there whether it's unbearing or just there what can I do.

Had tests done: Rheumatiod factor <14 IU/ml Ana Screen Positive Anti-nuclear AB Titer - 1:160 TITER Ana Pattern - Nucleolar The explanation on the Ana pattern says the pattern is associated with systemic sclerosis, systemic sclerosis/polymyositis overlap and Sjogren's syndrome. In short, is it just osteoarthritis or something more?

I had a fifth metatarsal fracture since the the first day of November 2017 , a medical plaster has been placed of fractured foot for five weeks then doctor said it is fine to practice sport and run again , i felt pain at fist , further after one month i did an X ray again and it showed that fracture has been less than first photo but it is still exist , now after five months and half i can walk freely and run but it is still painful when i push on it,or run for a longer period than15 mintutes

4 months rigiours running  after stop running 2 months later left leg pain started went to orthopedic in Karimnagar hospitals and also go to October2017 Appolo filmnager Prabhat sir ,1 St  said stemcell but muscle week and i quadriceps do very well and when I up&down  the stairs weight on leg leg , right Mri grd 2 posterior meniscus tear &Dr guruva rdy seen & said do quadriceps ,again take Mri right leg on Feb 14 2018 Grd 1-2 Acl tear and grd 2 posterior horn medial meniscus tear,pain on joint and foot below,walkig style is changed due to fear &knee sometimes forward front both legs ,when I stand up the chair , difficult with help of hands , sometimes hand joint fire pain started due strees on hands may be1.Arogyasri is  in applo secbad hosptl applicable to Acl reconstruction surgery and Menisctomy or not2.both legs at a time doing surgery or not ,when I go to hospital then right leg tear how?3. tabs Theal 7 days ,tendowel 2 mnths,tendorex 2 months ,vitamin d3 once a weak&nerogold 3mts

Got hairline fracture in my left ankle so doctor put pop for 21 days but now I just removed pop after 21 days but now left leg became smaller in size why

I have met with a small bike accident and my right wrist joint is having pain and tenderness expecialy o medial aspect of wrist now.On x ray it found a minute fracture and it was not easly identifiable, that much minute and they have plastered my hand. When I could remove the plaster

I want to know if i am undergoing  acl reconstruction whether i can getback all kind motion of my leg and also if any risk of future  injury .

I am having pain in my right shout for the last 10-12 months. I hurts when I drive for some time, it is not very difficult to exercise until it’s specifically for shoulder. I believe it is because of wrong sleeping posture and excessive strain on shoulder during exercise and sports. I am taking Vitamin D capsule and TendoCare for the same.
