Bone & Muscle problems

I am suffering from lower back pain since 2013. Till now I went for lots of medical treatments but didn't got permanent cure. My medical reports i.e. x-ray says that minor gaps has been reduced between vertebral. Please help me, as its disturbing my routine and my life. By profession I am a teacher.

Respected sir, I met with an accident they before yesterday an got partial ligament tear ACL, N complete tear Of MCL, doctor suggested for surgery can't it be cured through physiotherapy or some other measures apart from surgery? Kindly suggest me the better options sir

I am having kneee pain in my left leg since one month . This pain IA not constant but occurs while Bending only like stepping , sitting ..2 years back I had chickenguinea ..is this related to that and what medicines do I need to take care for this..

I've been having severe pain below my knee near the joint, on the outer part of my leg with no relief. The pain comes and will last about a week but I can wear a brace and it goes away for a while. I've also noticed the muscle below that knee is much smaller by almost an inch. The pain is constant and goes almost down to my foot. This started about 2 months ago with pain in my leg and a pins and needle feeling in my foot. I don't remember hurting my knee. Any ideas what could be causing this
