Humerus fracture 5 month old
Humerus oblique shaft fracture can heal in 5 months non surgery doctor stop medicine I had same issue I am doing physical therapy shoulder mobilization exercise for last one month ..please give suggestions

This is going for a atrophic non union. There has been unnecessary motion at fracture site during early union time.
This fracture will not heal.
There may be some clinical union but there is no radiological union definitely.
Next Steps
Get it operated with a plate and bone grafting.
