If the child has complete range of motion and is able to do some exercise as well, mostly the fracture should have united well. But to be sure about it, kindly send initial xrays done after the injury and if possible recent xrays too.

It's okay to use elbow support pouch for 2 more weeks yes and it's a must to do elbow range of motion exercises after 4 weeks for most of fractures of elbow to prevent stiffness in elbow joint which is quite common in children. Also don't neglect shoulder wrist finger movements. Due to immobilisation in cast for weeksit is common for muscles to be weaker than Normal just continue doing physio exercises and she will regain strength in no time.
Next Steps
get an x-ray after 1 month to asses healing of fracture and any redisplacement .

Yes it’s good to have support pouch for another 2 weeks But regular Physio is the key to range of motion at elbow joint. Please be thorough with Physio . She will be able to hold hand normally after some muscle strengthening has begun. Due to cast for a long duration it’s difficult to regain full strength immediately. If you don’t mind kindly share the X-ray after cast removal
