Bone & Muscle problems

My bones creaks at my upper back.it hurts sometimes..seems like my whole body aches..i feel so tired..

Experiencing inflammation in hand near thumb palm facing downward, hand movement restricted, not able to move freely,not able to open even slightly tight material like bottle cap, tiffin box. For knee she is diagnosed with osteoarthritis. Currently experiencing pain in knee. Additional information : On her left leg many years back she met accident and her sciatica nerve was damage and currently having foot drop on left leg and leg thumb not able to move upward. However she is wearing L split and able to walk slowly.

A small hard painless bump appered on my shinbone just below the righr knee . Its been there for 4-5 months ... painless and when i touch it , it feels like it appered on the bone . I used to go to gym ( weight lifting) . Don't know weather it's bone tumor or not ? If its an bone tumor what are the chances that it can be cancerous ? What i supposed to do ? I had an injury and had a hair line fracture in my right elbow. It has been more than 4 months and my elbow is still stiff. I took an x Ray recently and found that there is myositis growing in my elbow. Please help me what should I do?

I am prescribed Pantoprazole before food and Aceclofenac after food. I forgot fo take Pantoprazole.. What to do now take both or only aceclofenac as Im done with dinner.
