Bone & Muscle problems

Since I was an engineering student I'm facing pain in my upper back pain specially where neck and both shoulder meet. I always ignore that pain some times it is very high sometimes low and it is continous. I have problem in seating and standing due to that but i always ignore. But recently my friend told me the worse condition i can get also lower back pain also started now. Its been around 10 years. I even don't know which medical department is consult for this.

On 2nd March 2018, I met with an accident because of which I got hurt at chin and left shoulder. So, I took medication of approx 10-12 days and it was fine. However, my left shoulder has started paining again and I am unable to move my left hand properly. Please suggest what to do

About an hour or so ago I was sitting at a computer at college and suddenly out of nowhere I start to feel rather severe chest pain that hasn't gone away since it started.

I recently got my MRI done and it says I have a rotatory subluxation ( Type I ) of C1 and C2. My heads turned to my left and I have changed 3 orthopedics already.
