I'm 29years male suffering from coccydynia due to fall back on cement bund at the age of 11,due to no awareness I didn't took any treatment continued my life with standing much& sitting less,pain symptoms are pain squeezing sensation only in coccyx area no radiating towards other parts can't sit directly on surface immediately pain comes with coccyx wedge cushion I can sit for 30mins,tried manipulation stretching exercises ultrasound therapy steroid+ numbing agent injection directly on tenderness area without fluroscopy,yoga for coccyx,no relief I am attaching my sit stand x-rays,report please go through &suggest best treatment for my coccyx condition,orthopaedician&pain management specialist both answers are requested,with respects🙏
