Suffering from hip joint pain in both the legs, i want to know whether chiropractic treatment cure this alignment?

Partial Tear of a Anterior Cruciate Ligament , detected through MRI , Doctors suggested for surgery , is there any other way to treat this trauma , I got injured one half years back during playing , I was get rid of this problem , but suddenly its paining from the last 10 days , specialy in moring when I get up from bed , or sitting and getting up after 15 to 20 minutes , unbreable pain , kindly advice

My mother aged 45 fell down this evening and badly hurt her kneee. She's experiencing pain with the slightest movement and can't fold her leg. She has to keep her leg straight all the time. Her knee is now swollen and she is experiencing constant pain (even without movement)

I have a stress fracture in my tibia. Is it normal for extreme pain one day and almost no pain the next? This is the 3rd week.

My mother who is 53 years old had an Anterior Cruciate Ligament injury about 6 months ago. Our doctor was confident that the injury could be cured without a surgery, although he told that it would take more time. He suggested rest and later, physiotherapy. After 6 months, the progress has been very slow and we are contemplating on future course of action. We recently had a second MRI scan after 6 months to check the progress. I have attached the initial and current MRI scan report. Kindly suggest if we should opt for surgery or persist with physiotherapy along with medicine.
