Neck / Hip pain
Good day.
(my fiance is paralysed so i help him in and out of bed, and i have a lot of usual day to day stress)
It started with neck pains then kind of pressure feeling on my head then headache. i have taken inflammation tablets, better now but still have the random headaches and second its been now 3 weeks but his last week a lot more sensitive. i have an admin job and i have been feeling like my hips are not good. as when i get up or move it hurts and is discomforting. I am 30 years of age.tx
