Pain in shoulder during throwing a ball
I feel extreme pain when i throw ball during playing cricket , though there is no issue in bowling action and i can ball at my maximum capacity and no pain but when i throw, it makes me feel deadly pain.

You need further evaluation to rule out any labral problem like SLAP tear. Consult Shoulder surgeon
