After long outgoing long walk or after busy day I feel so much pain in rt leg special top to bottom of leg can't move due the pain but after rest I get well... I don't know Wat it's is anything to deal with deficiency... Pls help me doctors I need ur advice

My brother MRI report says... 1.The study reveals avulsion fracture of posterior tibial plateau near tibial insertion site of PCL with surrounding marrow edema. 2.T2W/PDFS intrasubstance hyperintesity in PCL,suggestive of partial tear. 3.Mild increased fluid seen in supra patrakar bursa paracondylar recess and tino femoral joint spaces with surrounding subcutaneous soft tissue edema.
