Bone & Muscle problems

While walking my ankle got twisted and my ankle swallowen..I consulted with doctor everything now fine but sometimes when I touch in one particular placeI got pain. What shall I do?

I was doing some physical exercise...my crashed with my chair... What should i suppose to apply... Give me some medication and suggestion

Under went ACL reconstruction surgery it's 20 days now, my leg is not bending at all when I am lying on the bed, when I sit on the bed it hangs in the air for 2 to 3 minutes and then slowly bends to 90 degrees after a break of 2 hours if I try to bend my leg it again gets jammed and hangs in the air for few minutes and then bends, but lying on the bed it doesn't bend, gives lots of pain, feels terribly jammed, Please assist how to have my leg bend freely while sitting or on bed.

At least twice or more a week I can't breathe and my stomach hurts in the lower parts, It's hard to sing or even walk from my sofa to my sink without being able to breathe

I have got fracture. If you could please suggest me for best option for its treatment. Whether I should go with simple plaster or should I go with the insertion of rods . Which will be best inspire of the above two if nota good solution as per you. Please help me out of this dilemma.

I met with an accident in may 2017 in which my right femur bone was broken and patella from sides. Doctor have done TBW OF Patella and inserted rod in my femur bone but after 3 months I got slipped and fall on the ground. My doctor have took some x rays and then he said that everything is okay.. But i feel like my bone is displaced like (non union)  type and it is tilting inside and I can feel it and it pains too much. Now my doctor is saying that bone graft is required but I don't want it. ... Can anyone help me?

I have been pain in my back spine end and the pain raises up for past two days.

I am having pain in my left legs left side of the ankle when i am trying to move my ankle left and right, its paining when i am moving my ankle left side. While moving up and down and right is good. I can even walk very nicely but when i am moving left and right with the ankle support, its paining. Kindly suggest anything for this.

I have this pain on the right side of my waist. I think its in the joint coz it pain when i try to bend down or run. It started 1st a month ago. Back then suddenly it started to pain and i had pain while walking. Taking rest and taking some precautions it subsided in a week. Again last week the pain came back. This was after a long bike ride. Its taking time thus time to subside. Can u suggest whether i should go to a physio or an orthopedic?
