Bone & Muscle problems

I am suffering from lower back pain near the end of vertical column. I have delivered 2 children age 8 & 5 years. Actually since my elder child birth I have been suffering. my age is 29 years healthy and no specific problems. but only that pain, my husband suspects during my sesserian doctor might have injected anesthesia on this place incorrectly may lead to this problem, because pain remains on that injected area only, please advice.

I was operated with hip DHS a month back due to accident and now I am on physiotherapy and walking with a crutch but I am walking by hopping a little as I have pain near my pelvic area and I can feel a ball shaped flesh moving here and there near to thigh and pelvic bone.its painful.is it blood clotting or muscle spasm.my stitches have healed.

X-rays are normal, Vit D3 test is also normal. I am sending you pictures please help.  I am allergic to G6PD medicines.
