Is Etova MR and Etova 300 same ? It's the painkiller prescribed to me for disc pain ..???...by mistake I bought etova 300 instead of etova mr

I would like to know RICE REST ICE COMPRESSION ELEVATION treatment in detail when should I apply ice and when should I put crepe bandage and elevate . When I elevate IAM getting pain in my hip leg joint and when should I put my crepe bandage Like after icing or just whole day .

I have a extra bone on my forehead but I never felt pain but I like to remove this forever because it makes my face ugley.

D11 vertebrae Compression Fracture. Patient is 60yrs, female fell from motorcycle on 22nd March, treated by Dr D.P. Singh (MS, Ortho) in Lucknow. Was put on Traction Load with Brick on both legs for one month. On 28th April Load is removed and Dr gave a Belt for Support and said to sit for 5 mins 4-5 a day. Also suggested to visit washroom with human support. Patient was also suffering form Osteoarthritis, now after one month of brick load she even cannot stand. Please advice ?
