I'm 7 days post op from ankle surgery. Ligament repair and loose foreign body. I hit my ankle up against something real hard I felt my ankle instantly swell excruciating pain and barely can move my toes

My mother has pain in shoulder. Earlier she had taken ayurvedic treatment and pain was gone around an year back. Now the pain has come back. Please advise.

I have been having shoulder pain from past 2days and sometimes I also feel light headed.

I have 4 bulging disks in my back (L4 - 6) and arthritis in my knees. I had been doing a walk at home exercise program and lost 26 pounds before my flare up. And stopped exercising for about 4 months. I still need to lose about 30 more and wonder if I should continue with the walk at home - it is quite vigorous. I had a steroid shot in my knee last week and am scheduled for a shot in my back. I need to do something that makes me sweat or I do not lose the weight.
