Pain in right front knee while bending

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I get pain on front side of right knee while sitting on chair or bending. There is no pain otherwise walking etc. The pain goes away in 3 to 4 days but again cones back within a week or so. The pain is sharp and too much in frontm
