I'v pain in my lumber spine and in my left leg After consult doctor he said my spine is little bit bended outer side and the gap between last two disc is less

Suffering from neck pain which radiates towards left hand and causing numbness at thumb. Neck feels stiffness while working or sitting

It seems , yesterday while doing exercises, I hurt my lower back. Since yesterday, suffering from lower back pain, particularly at right side. I am a daily gym goer. Should I continue gym? What kind of treatment I can take?

Hi doctors, My mother having back pain from many years,she consulted doctors and every time they have given medicins for temporary pain relief and done complet check up,they told nothing is defect in body. Now she went to avurvedic medice..her back pain problem is ok some what.but her legs are swolen and can able to walk and its very paining.and not able to bend also As per doctors ,its all water and if you continue to use those medicins its i will be ok.can skme one pls sugst any exec r prblm

Hi I am a sports person you to run marathons. 3 months before I got injured in my knees while running 50 km ultra marathon... From that day I stop per doing any activities...I don't have too much pain in my knees and ankle but if I am standing for long hours or lifting heavy weight. I am getting mild pain in ankle and knees...Few of my friends this might be legement Injury...Please help me what to do next...

Hi, It's been 8 weeks that I had the 5th base metatarsal fracture due to ankle twist while playing Badminton. I got an Xray done on last Friday which still shows the crack. For 2 days I tried to walk in normal footwear and not in the air cast boot. Due to this my leg is paining a lot and also little swelling reappeared. I have attached the photo of latest Xray. How should I proceed further? Is there any other way rather than doing a surgery?

Hi DR My Son Nikhil Tattikota got treatment on last Saturday for hand facture. Thanks for the medication,He is doing fine, The medication course which you had given is for 5 days which will be over on this Wednesday I.e 2nd may. The follow up check up for getting pakka plaster is on Friday.so for Thursday i.e 3rd may do we need continue the same medication or not pls advise. Thanks Ravikiran
