This is x-ray of right hand after 3 weeks of cast. I am worried about that sharp portion in middle finger. Now I can flex my fingers but little stiffness is there.Will this get better with time?

I feel stiffness in my neck from one or one and a half months now i feel uneasiness in sleeping or while sitting on chair for long. I haven't done any treatment for 1 month thinking it will be fine by itself then i decided to go to physiotherapist.doctor said to keep hot water bag on neck for a week if it doesn't help then will do therapy.I have done it for 10 days now it given relief but its not gone 100% yet so kindly suggest me should i go to doc for therapy or continue hot water for few days

I have been problem of back pain, bake bone in night, when I wake up i feel stresh and I don't sleep well.

My foot got twisted 45 days back and there was a fracture in the 5th metatarsal bone. 1 day after the injury i got my leg casted,it was removed on the 40th day. I'm unable to walk after it is removed my foot started swelling.how long will it take to heal?
