Bone & Muscle problems

I have been in unimaginable pain for 3 years in my legs and arms. I have done ton of research on what is causing it and I belive it is restless leg syndroms. I need to find a way to stop it.

I injured my anckle a couple of days ago and I have been able to walk on it but I limp a little bit but when I don't walk it hurts really bad where my fibula is... Should I go to the clinic.

Pain in my lower back since last 4 months. I tried many massages and oils but my skin get rough due to massage and now a days i am in trouble. Please suggest me how can i get relief from this pain. Any suggestion of lady doctor or other else. I am from indore. Thank you.

Back Pain from upper part to lower part. No problem in sitting and standing but sometime it causes pain while sitting or some stretching. Doing Yoga and back exercise provides some relief. After X-ray doctor told me that I have sacroiliitis on the left side from birth. So, I should be doing exercise only. It's been 8 months. When I did exercise, it went and then I left doing exercise but then it again came. The pain is more in upper left back and less in lower left back. Not stiffness in neck.

Severe Pain and swelling on left ankle. Have history of gout and high uric acid level. Was treated for same a few months ago, but on right leg.

Was fracture on left feet 5th mt on 19 march and removed cast yessterday 1st May...but now swelling...is it normal? How is sewlling finish any suggestion

Dear Doctor, Plate has been fixed in my right hip femur and spinal before 17 years due to an accident. Now I am getting pain on my femur and spinal. Will it be advisable to remove plates? Will it lead to any other problems? If done, how long will it take to do the regular activities. Please advise. Thanks.
