Bone & Muscle problems

I have upper back pain for more than a 4 month. It's center at right side between spin and shoulder blade at right side and in between shoulder in spin . It's first started during sitting and go away when I walk a bit. But now it is constant pain at whole upper back and some time at front in ribs. Spin x ray is normal and vitamin b12 is normal and vitamin D is 100 ngl.

My left heel has a burning sensation. It is like producing heat and its painful to walk. I have been feeling this for months but only today that it has the burning sensation.

My brother is feeling pain near his groin and thigh parts... He feels this since past 2 days... THE PAIN IS FELT WHEN HE PRESSES THAT PART OF BODY... What might be the cause and is it something to worry about...

I have a severe burning feeling in my left shoulder blade and neck with constant stabbing feeling in my shoulder and neck. When I move my shoulder with my arm , it is a clicking and popping noise.

I have injury in my left shoulder and now pain started in right shoulder. Can I treat it permanently?

I'm scared if I got to a Dr it will just be a series of blood tests leading to nothing but high end bills. I'm not asking for pain medication and it seems like that is what drs like to throw at you. My issues are, needle burning sensation in the fatty tissue of the ball and pad on my feet. My joints pop and ache from joint up to my limbs. Starting at wrists to my pinky and up to elbow. My knee down my calves up to hips. Exhaustion, mood swings because of aches and fatigue.

My mother is suffering from leg pain since one month. Pain is continuously happening from lower waist to bottom of leg. She is facing huge pain. Plz suggest

I have accident in May 2014 and tibia have two part and  have operation and doctor put rod in my leg and after that I have infection problem then rod is removed.now it almost 4 years gone but swallowing in leg is there when I sit on table and sometime pain.why it happens? How much time it take to heal completely?

My mom's fell after coming out of swimming pool she went to the doctor. He took x-ray but no bones crack. Doctor just put a plaster but have her no medicine. Her pain is increased now. Any idea what to do to reduce her pain
