Bone & Muscle problems

I have low vitd. Have lot of neck pain back pain. Leg pain and headache. Keep staying tired always. No energy in the body. Gaining weight. Unable to work out due to stiffness Contstant severe headache at back of left head . Pain inteferes with daily activities. Sleep problems at night.

There is problem in right leg joint.i am suffering pain from last 2days . please ad me .I am taking mobijox and apply pain reliever

Pain in knee joints and lower legs. I think the knee joints Bones not having enough lubricant so that Bones crushing with each other and causing severe pain. Please suggest medicine or healthy diet to improve knee joints life.

My mother was sitting when suddenly the muscle strained (muscle pull) (muscle from right side of hip to toe) and pain started. 2 days later she felt like vomiting due to which the muscle got pulled again due to which the pain now is severe. The ortho has been consulted and has given medicines (tablets - systaflam MR, Gabaneuron 100, Tramadol hydrochloride {ultramed}, Topp 40 )for 3 days but even after 3 days there is not even little bit of relief. Kindly guide

Get pain in right leg when working or walking for sometime once every 2-3 days. Earlier use to walk daily to work from home but now the home is far so not walking regularly, but when walk for sometime only, gets pain in right leg.

I have back pain from last one week.. I can't tolerate to sit or stand idle for more than 10 minutes

Gout and swelling in left knee. Pain in the knee and too much of swelling. High pain in the morning.

My mother age is around 46years. She is having back pain and also have pain in her legs from around 1years. She tried lot of hameopathic medicines but didn't work. Also from last few months she is getting clinch in her leg which is not letting her walk. Also please let me if she can continue with her old medicine or not. Please advise

I'm a 28 year old male, and I've been a smoker for 18 years, since I was 10... I have a horrible pain from the thigh to the ankle of my left leg. Its not a pulled muscle. I've always had restless leg, but for 3-4 months now, if I lay down or even sit for more than a minute the pain is very annoying, almost unbearable. I go days in a row without sleeping, but this pain is 24/7. I've tried squats lunges etc. Nothing helps. Not even muscle relaxers. And elevation makes the pain worse
