Bone & Muscle problems

I'm feeling pain in my lower back. Feel pain in the centre lower back. I ride bike for 42 kms on a daily basis. Please suggest what can be done.

I am suffering from back pain from two years.in my x-ray report indicates that I have lumber spondylitis.is this desease curable and how much serious it is

My father broke his ankle a month or so ago and we were wondering if it is safe for him to take off the cast he has and wash his foot and if it is okay for him to take it off to give his foot time to breathe.

I'm having right leg ankle sprain since 19-Apr. It was swelling n used to keep ice on it every hour or so. The pain at ankle ligaments was completely gone but having pain above ankle (around febula) front n back side. If I just touch it it pains, since today early morning feeling tinkling kind of pain on ankle too. Since this Monday I'm going to office, riding bike(geared) as I don't have any pain applying break. I'm not putting much pressure on right leg. I keep leg elevated while sitting. Doctor have given me an elastic band, will wear it almost always. I'm worried now whether the sprain takes even more time to heal or I should do any exercises to make it heal. Much worried if it stays for long time n if I'm unable to run or do physical activities in future. My work doesn't involve physical activity n I have to go jog or gym so pls suggest. Thanks.

I've been having back pain in my lower back for a year. Recently it has been happening more frequently and a few weeks ago I noticed dark blotchy skin where I experience pain.
