While travelling in a congested auto carying heavy weight on my lap i started having lower back pain on sitting afterwards.. I applied volini but after 1 month the pain returned.. I went to an orthopaedic who after looking at my lumbar xray told me i had a spasm in my lower back and gave me meds for 18 days and suggested physiotherapy for a week. In my xray my backbone was almost straight
The medication helped but now after a week the pain is coming back slowly.... Idk what to do and i'm just 19

Have physiotheraphy for 5 days. IFT. Usually pain settles. Once pain settles do back muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury
