Heavy pain from lower back
Hi, during september last year i had severe pain in my right testicles and was diagnosed with grade 1 varicocele. Then i started having pain right below abdomen where i wear pant. I am able to sense some nerve there i havent noticed it before. Problem is recently while climbing stairs in office i slightly slipped but managed without falling. It was just a jerk. But i had severe problem that day at my lower back and then pain travelled to buttocks to both of my legs. Its like something pulling me. Am getting sharp shooting pains and also sometimes in my testicles for the past few days. Can someone please help

You need further evaluation to see problem with nerve root compression or compression of cauda equina. Might need urgent MRI scan. Consult orthopaedic doctor
