Lower back pain because of heavy weight
I was doing deadlift today morning and then got a severe pain in the lower back portion. It is difficult to sit. And while walking i can my upper body is shifted towards left side.

You might have a slipped disc. Please take pain killers for 5 days. If it’s not resolved, you will need an MRI scan.
