In my opinion u must consult an Orthopedics followed by physiotherapy sessions...and also go for few blood test like calciumvitamin dvitamin b12 and uric acid... if these comes out to be deficient then u need to take supplement medications... in physiotherapy u must take IFT / US / hot pack and laser therapy.. get well soon and take care

need complete history of cause of pain, injury, spasm, etc. for now see orthopaedic surgeon get muscle relaxant tabs an take rest, if no relief, get MRI spine and xray done after consultation
