The cause of back pain can be anything from a simple muscle spasm, ligament tear or even a disc prolapse, the treatment of each is different. I advise you to consult an Orthopaedician before proceeding to any home remedy or over the counter medicines as the pain can persist if treated inadequately
Next Steps
Consult an Orthopaedician for further information
Health Tips
avoid forward bending and lifting heavy weights

Next Steps
If you have radicular or tingling pain, numbness, you may have slip disc, or else. Just muscle spasm
