Ensure that you maintain an appropriate posture while working or sitting or walking....Take frequent stretch breaks and drink lots of water...Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight...Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down....Eat a healthy wholesome meal which should satisfy your minerals and proteins requirement...take over the counter pain medications.. Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Its normal and you need not worry.
Do warm up exercises first before going to the actual workout.
Tab. Myospaz-th twice a day after food for 3 days.
Tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month.
You will be fine. No need of any other medicines or syrup.
Best regards.

This is characteristic of a muscle spasm and it is extremely common in your age group. Please Expect it to last a couple of weeks at least. Take T. Myospaz-Th twice daily after food, that should help take edge off the pain a little bit, but dont expect it to go away before the affected muscle heals fully. To avoid such muscle pulls during workouts, please do 'warm up' exercises as a part of your routine, your gym trainer might be able to help you with specifics.
In rare instances if low back ache persists, you might need to visit your family doctor once to decide if you need a specialist consultation. Hope that helps.
