Please can you review this x-ray.i had muscle stiffness in my back and pain in the ls region .it usually occurs if I sit for just 10-20 mins..

What is the duration of symptoms? The bones, alignment and disc spaces appears fairly normal in x rays. You should try physiotherapy and spinal extension exercises for pain relief and strengthening.
