Occasionally my shoulder joint pains, both left and right, alternatively. I feel a sharp pain while lifting arms on and off. I had been diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency earlier. Taking vitamin d3 pills weekly too. I also had a DNC done in mid April. Hi have two children. What can be the reason?

Dear Dr, One month back I got injury on my left wrist while driving bike. I got the injury due to my need for applying sudden break which resulted in sudden right side twisting of my hand. I had no visible injury or inflammation or any lingering pain but I could not move my wrist side to side or up and down. While doing that , the joint area hurt a lot. After consultation, I was told to use a hand brace for 3 weeks as apparently I have a ligamnet injury. It's 5 weeks now and the pain had reduced significantly while moving hand, but I still have slight discomfort doing things like driving or typing in a keyboard. I wanted to know how long such injuries last and do I need additional treatment. Kindly guide me for the same. Regards

I fell 2 weeks ago, hurting my ankle, but didn't go to A&E. I am still struggling to walk, & in a lot of pain. Should i go to A&E now?

My mother is facing knee pain for past couple of months. After x-ray doctor found that there is a piece of bone or loose body. He said by arthroscopic procedure loose body can be removed but also mentioned that pain may not completely reduce. Can you please suggest what to do. Main problem is heavy pain n swelling in the knee. If not loose body removal atleast we are expecting reduced pain. Please suggest.

Started preparing for running marathon. Experiencing leg muscle pain which is bearable but it's continuous pain.

I think its arthritis. Please suggest the best possible thing for her. She has been suffering pain in knee joint for really long time. She takes some analgesics but they give only temporary relief.
