Spine pain
I am suffering from spine tb where in MRI report it has been observed that altered marrow signal within t9 t10 t11 vertebral body.Interventing disc appears grossly normal.mild stir hyperintense signal is also noted involving L1 & L2 vertebra representing skip lesion,can you please explain the meaning of this. 2)I was on bedrest for 1 month can you plz tell me can I join office if it is paining little.

Skip lesion means 2 or more spinal segment lesions separated by normal bones. If it’s biopsy proven TB / or strong evidence from MRI you must be on AKT. Joining work in 1 month is too early. At least wait for 12 weeks.
