Bone & Muscle problems

I m female/38 yrs, Acl surgery done in right knee in December 2018,still after 6 month of post operation my knee is painful, swelling, stiffness. Had also went physiotherapy 3 month my ROM Is 130 Degree but can't walk poperly without support. Plz suggest me.

Hi, I have knee pain and little stiffness. As i squat oy jump... my knee start feeling exhausted and some times pain... what should i do some one help...? I got checked for arthritis and it came as negative... but i had deficiency in vitamin d3... But i am taking medication for that from 1 month.. and there's no chamge in joint pain... what it can be ..? Helpppppp

Yesterday i met small accident and in accident my mass is damaged in my feet and doctor told me to take a rest of 1 week..and i have not a so much time to take rest bcoz i gone for my training tomorrow..plz tell me what can i do that my swelling will decrease

My ring finger had been hurt by cricket ball one month ago and it is recovered but their is still pain in it and their is like a note in my ligaments of my ring finger.plzz tell what to do.

Sir i had my ankle surgery in aiims Procedure: double bundle atfl+cfl reconstruction using 25%peronius longus. i was told not to have weight bearing on my foot.But i happened to put a step of weight bearing on my foot(toes) while going to bathroom, very next day of surgery. i m fearful could that have pull-out or loosen up the screws,anchors or newly constructed ligament? i want to know do i need to be concerned about it, or its okey to have a weight bearing step just next day of surgery.

I am suffering from stiffness and back pain since last 6 years. I have taken many treatment from nimhans bangalore Apollo hospital cmch valore Kolkata and Siliguri for my back pain. But no results. I feel pain in my back in the time of sleeping too much. There is pain in my whole the back and most unbearable is just below the right shoulder. Please suggest me.

Hi I had a small accident where a schotty hitted me while crossing road. I 've taken x-ray of my right leg which is paining. One doctor suggested for a plaster for 20 days. I need an expert opinion about myevel of fracture and whether really a plaster is required or it can be curable by compression bandage.As an Software engineer it will be difficult to work by putting plaster and all.So for this reason I'm looking for a 2nd opinion. My left leg has went an operation to remove a bone in foot replaced by clips 3 live stable pin shape and doctors advised to come back for treatment due study 5 years passed what can I do now

Muscles get pulled at the back portion of right upper thigh causing difficulty in walking. But it is a temporary problem and I be soon ok. But this is a problem of last 4 years. Pain killer + muscle relaxant help. X-ray shows nothing wrong.
