I am a 21 years old girl. I have been suffering from backpain since the age of 17 and was diagonosed to have a disc bulge with mild extrusion in L5-S1 and S1-S2 positions of the vertebra. Is it advisable to use ceragem machine? Is it safe or is there a chance for any adverse effect? Kindly looking forward to hear from you.

After acl reconstruction, how many days after start outdoor cycling, Is cycling get any new problem? I am 4monts post op, and I have some sharp pain lower end of my knee, how to solve it

Last month I met with an accident resulting in bilateral femure fracture. My fracture in right leg is more towards knee side, operation was done on 28th April and now its almost 6 weeks. But as I am doing various excercises to mobilize my muscles I see that in my right leg has become very stiff and seems to be swollen on that fracture area, but I can still do some movement but not very much like bending knee to 90 degree etc. Please suggest. Thank you.

It hurts to move my neck around, especially the left side. What could it be?

I feel my body is very loose, even my lordosis are lost, my jaw joints ligaments are too loose to hold them ,what is the treatment , i m doing yoga , i couldn't feel body stretching if i stretch joint !

Hey I got a really sore right hip on the outside on the top of the bone. It feels like a really bad bruise but there is no swelling or change in colour I did get a knock to it however the pain didn’t start till 3 days after the knock.

I had a shoulder dislocation on 18th May last month. I took an initial round of treatment from Holy Family Hospital, Delhi bt I can see the symptoms of pain are yet persistent in my shoulder. It doesn't feel like that my shoulder has recovered Completely. It's almost 20 days now n I should have been alright now bt there is a dull pain in my upper arm still. Why should I do? Note: This is the case of second dislocation.

I'm 48yrs old lady, 8 years back I got hip replacement surgery (cemented) and 3months back I again got revision of hip replacement (uncemented) since the cup was not stable...now its 3 months since I got operated and now I'm still feeling pain in operated area when I don't sit straight and when I sleep I dont feel such pain .....why is this happening like this? Any problem? Or does it still require some time to recover?

I had met with an accident and an iron implant was done to fix my tibia fracture. I want to know will this titanium rod will create any problem during winter season? Also , when I'll have this rod removed, will the gaps in bone can create serious problem?
