I have a severe back pain from couple of months ,wat should be done for that like meeting physio or doctor is recommended

Can we lose our height due to poor posture..or muscular imbalances in back because i have lost 1/4 inch of my height ...

I have weakness in my legs and have joint pain. I visited hospital and consult with ortho dr. They told me that liquid between joint has been over. I sit or get up, my joint generate bones sound and pain. If i sit on long for long time my knee cramps. I can sit properly. Having so much pblm just because of this issue. I took medicine and it so costly but no results found. Currently I m taking nutralite glucosamine. Please suggest this illness can b cured or not and plz suggest good hospital for treatment

I am 22, I had my ACL reconstruction with Partial lateral meniscectomy 15 days back, Seems the recovery is going ok, I can walk slowly. But the only issues is there is slight when during full extension. Also seems quad is very weak, I can do all typical exercises prescribed, Except Straight leg raises, Which alone I can't do? What can i follow.

My mom has been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in her left knee with high blood pressure and diabetes. We do not want to go for knee replacement surgery. What are the other options available to cure this? Thanks in advance

I injured my shoulder around Mother's Day and just went to the local ER to have it looked at due to increased pain, the DR on call stated that it was only a rotator cuff strain, and only an x-ray was performed, no MRI to check for inflammation, I have notice a clicking on my shoulder when moving it

My father has parkinsons. Is it safe for him to use a tens machine for knee pain? Also is there any evidence of a tens machine working for ps patients pain?
