Pain in right side of head n back
Hi!
I'm having pain in right side of my head and back side of lower head near neck. When I sleep or get up it feels like something is falling. This is happening since 3 days. Not taking pillow to avoid pain but it's not helping
Not sure if it is cold or due to vitamin deficiency as I have d n b12
But I'm worried about it.
Please suggest
