नमस्ते  मुझे ankylosing  spondylitis    हुआ है. HLA B27  TEST IS  POSITIVE. I TAKE  3 DOSE  OF  INTRACEPT  INJECTION.  NOW  I JOINED  GYM FOR EXERCISE.  IT OK TO DO GYM EXERCISES. I DON'T  HAVE  ANY SWIMMING POOL  IN  MY AREA.  SO CAN I DO GYM EXERCISE OR NOT PLZ HELP.  .

Hi Thanks for query U can do gym exercise But don't stress with weights or exert too much
