Exercises after surgery
I have done my kidney stone laser surgery before one month. Previously I am going to gym regular. During the operation i have given anesthesia on my spine.. Does it weaken the bone?..Can I go to the gym regularly? Is there any limitations in doing exercises? Thank you..

Thanks for asking me to respond. Spinal anesthesia is quite safe these days. More often they give epidural anesthesia which is also very safe. Back pain arising from this kind of anesthesia is a common myth among people.
