I got a sudden back pain on 15 morning when i woke up I barely move. And I had a flight to operate then suddenly I got to know. I applied omnigel for the same. And now I'm feeling better. I want a fitness fit to fly certificate for the same. Can you please help mw with the same. 1 day sick i did and i want to resume my flying from today. Company asking for fitness certificate.

Yesterday my sister fall on road. Injure on left ancle. She feel very pain on injure area. Then she xray her left leg. Kindly check her xray report and suggest me if there she need plaster or not. Kindly advice me.

Dear doctors Yesterday Eve my left ring finger got damaged in an accident. 1 stich was taken. And dressing been done. Yesterday. I take advice from  2 doctors. First said- surgery is must but movement will not be same . They will use wire. And they will do surgery in morning and release home in the evening . They will give  anesthesia to finger only. Second opinion was that Wait for healing of wound and then he will set fingers put light plaster then hard plaster and your bone will be joined . And movement depend later. In surgery there may be infection , wiring will not work. Nails will be used to join bones and same movement will decide later. So I need opinion, Surgery is must or join by natural way . If Only shape deformity is there in surgery and plaster. My view is that if proper movement is not possible than why to opt surgery. Shape deformation is not issue for me. If any major problem occur then only surgery  if my life style affect only. I m teacher

Dear sir/ma'am, I hav e a 9- 5 desk job of laptop and also some paper works. My the back of my neck and shoulders (especially right side) aches especially during night and also sometimes during morning also. Kindly suggest some creame or medicine. Thankyou

I had my nails hit between the doors of the car which caused bluish clot in my nail. After a day, swelling and redness and also the bluish is spreading throughout the nail. I get instant relief while putting an ice pack but after that the pain repeats. The thumb is highly swollen and painful. Doctors suggested taking Disperzyme and vit c, is it fine without these medication? Is there any way to reduce the swelling?

Hi I am 25 I walk around 7000 steps a day while I go to office and in the evening I go to gym ...Does these activities make my knees wear off? Much earlier than in adults? Like meniscus getting reduced and going for a knee replacement

I have been suffering from these symptoms for almost 5 weeks now. When I move my neck to the right (especially when right and down) and keep that in that position , I start feeling gagging(pressure builds up on the lower right throat) and nausea feeling comes up. Moreover, I get a weird feeling of something stuck in my throat ( this feeling is intermittent) ... I have done ultrasound, upper endoscopy, xray, thyroid test.. all come clean.. I believe this started 5 weeks back when my upper back and neck got stiff because of some reason, that stiffness has been reduced almost by 80-90% now. Initially, I thought that the Nausea/stuck feeling related to this muscle spasm happened to me, but back/neck stiffness almost has gone away but this throat issue is still there. Hi Sir/Mam, I have been suffering from body pain, knee pain, and finger joint pain for the last 4 days. While the body pain symptoms have decreased, I still experience finger joint pain/burning and intermittent headaches. Could you please let me know what kind of tests I should take to figure out the problem and find a cure for wellness? Note: I am allergic to NSAID and antihistamine medications.
