Hello Doctor, The physio advised me to go through x ray and attached the reports. What should be the next treatment line. Is it something serious

Assuming the report attached is yours,Osteopenia at 36 years of age isn't normal .. Needs to be investigated with few blood tests first.. Can't comment definitely on treatment line since it would be based on cause of the xray changes/back pain.. Consult an Orthpod for detailed history taking and  physical examination.
