My son age 9 month 20 days fall off bed , since then he is not using his right leg instead very active. Did XRay and doctor suggested me to do Hip Spica Cast . Please guide me on this I have attached X-Ray plate

I was diagnosed with Costiochondritis in Mar, 2024 by an Ortho specialist. He took an X-ray, ct scan also later in the treatment process. Talking about the treatment, we did try NSAIDs, hot pack and cold pack, chest binder, ultrasonic physio therapy, calcium tablets. At last he suggested a steroid injection at the injured location. I read about the steroid injection that it will only cure the inflammation and not the underlying injury. This was one reason i did not go for steroid treatment and another was that i was tired and depressed about this disease now. because they say a normal patient recovers from it  ranging from a few weeks to 2-3 months. But this disease has been with me for almost 9months now.

2 months back I started feeling pain in my right foot heel. The pain occurs only when I stand up after a long time of sitting and goes away as I walk. I walk 4 to 5 kms daily after dinner so I thought the pain was due to the uncomfortable shoes and will go away as I wear them more. But recently a few weeks back along with the heel pain I started feeling loss of balance. I feel like I am swaying or standing in a boat to be precise. I want to know are these two different issues or the same? Should I be worried about it ?

Hello doctors, i am having pain in left shoulder and hand, diagnosed with Cervical disc prolapse. Doctor did a single injection in multiple area including one just above ear on head. Is it safe? What is this injection.

I play cricket every sunday in the morning for 2 hours and then volleyball in the evening. Last Sunday it started hurting above the knee like nerve pain above the knee unable to run. It causes sharp pain in the thigh. Got relief about 75% after resting on sunday night. What to do next pls help.
