Any time in backpain sir/mam... I have only painkiller in local medical shop... How i handle it sir/mam

I have this pain and it gets worse when i stand after sitting for a while it also when i stand for long time and then go to sleep and i can see me veins around the pain area I have been using vit d and calvium suplements and hot packs

I am getting cracking sound from my knee very much behind my patella i am a anxiety patient plz tell me is it due to masturbation or not.And now the cracking sound is coming from my elbow also I am also doing gym.

I am having little pain in both heels and pain in calf,small discomfort  at back whole riding bike and normal sitting. Is this dis bulges reversible. Am I able to live a normal life..

It's been around 11-12 days since I am having pain in the back portion of my right leg after getting up from suat position ( Indian toilet) and if I am further straightening my legs after getting up it hurts more I've been massaging the back portion with an oil ( SOC oil). I am currently living in a hill station can it because of this? Or am I having another problem?

Feeling a lump oval hard under forehead skin. Was having cold and sinus which reduced now. Worried on lump feeling increased

I was told I had Cervical spondylitis last year, so I took physiotherapy for a while I was okay later. So started with my work recently not able to exercise regularly, recently am having pain exactly in the back of my head in the center and pain is extending till the neck sides, mostly towards the left, sometimes my head n ears are also hurting coz of this. Should this be checked out or rest will cure it?

I had a fall and in MRI found that acl rupture is identified. This happened on November 18 . Still my doctor is deciding whether we should do surgery or not and asking me to do conservative physiotherapy and wait until December 17. Is this normal? My daughter complained of mild pain near elbow and forearm few days ago when opening door handles, today she has a little more pain very very mild swelling and is unable to straighten her hand. Is it a fracture , should I consult a doctor ?

I fell down from an uneven surface on Nov 1, first I visited general physician with x ray done. He said fracture is not there, he gave few medicine SP . Then I thought I should visit an orthopedic for better treatment, I went after 10 days. He checked the old x ray and he suggested to continue the old medicines which I was not taking for 5-6 days. After few days I started feeling fluid movement sensation in my sparined leg. So I thought of visiting him again so he did x ray and he said that there is some crack in the fifth metatarsal so I will put plaster and suggetaed to take the calcium tablet. I took it , I was feeling so tight of the plaster cast that I removed it in 2 weeks. I was taking pain killers suggested by the 3rd doctor for 4 days. Then i started feeling tingling in my feet, so visisted 4th ortho and he gave Meganeuron amd vitamin d3 tablet. I am feeling fluid drop sensation in the sprained leg. what should i do
