The symptoms suggest sciatica (nerve compression), disc prolapse, or hormonal influence (endometriosis, pelvic congestion syndrome). Consult a neurologist if there’s tingling/numbness, or an orthopedic specialist if it's spine-related. An MRI of the lumbar spine and possibly a pelvic ultrasound may be needed. Initial management includes pain relievers, physiotherapy, posture correction, and hot/cold therapy. Seek medical evaluation if symptoms persist.
