Bone & Muscle problems

I have an injury at nose in childhood. Then doctor say it not serious. But recently I have sore throat i went to a doctor,he saw my nose and tell I need a surgery. Then I consult which another doctor, he told surgery is not necessary. It's my x-ray report do i really need a surgery? Please give a suggestion.

I am suffering from pain since 4 years . I have clicking sound from shoulder upon movement. It is painful always. It pains while ridding , writting etc. Swelling can be observed at sternoclavicular joint . As well one shoulder appears dropped.

Ring finger have a fractured since two week before i have attached one which was in day of fracture and another is after one week can you suggest how much time it will take to recover

I'm having consistent lower back pain for almost 2 weeks. It's too sharp when I'm seated, I always feel the urge to rest my back. My FATHER IS 74 YEAR OLD N RECENTLY HE FELL ON THE GROUND N HURT HIS RIGHT SHOULDER.ACCORDING TO HIS MRI REPORT SHOWS NOT FRACTURE BUT MUSCLE TEAR BUT PAIN IS THERE WHEN HE LIFTS HIS RIGHT SHOULDER.WHAT SHOULD BE THE LINE OF TREATMENT FOR HIM.WHICH MEDICINES TO GIVE HIM.COLD OR HEAT FERMENTATION WHICH ONE WILL HELP HIM MORE.

I am in my 3rd trimester. I am having bad fingers and palm pain in my both hands. Even my hand tingles badly while holding cellphone. I went to physio but it's not helping . I did not water dipping and used splint also but it's not helping.

While iam doing squatting and leg exercise after it done I get pain two sides of my leg and the pain will fell only while I get the knee bend and gave pressur to the leg and I consult doctor and he gave etoricoxib 60 tablet and after few days pain get relief but now I feel pain in knee cap area while I standing . And when the body became straight the pain disappears what is the reason

Having pain in right shoulder bone. First I thought it might be due to bad posture while sleeping but it's been for 15-16 days now. I usually check mobile while keeping my body on right hand. What could be the reason & any exercise or diet or supplements I need to take. Psl let me know

I have undergone bone mineral density and as per report the Speed of Sound is 1548 M/sec. T Score is 0.29 and Z Score is 0.48. Heel Temperature is 31.74 Celsius Unit Temperature 25.68 Celsius Foot Size 22-24 CM. Is everything normal.
