Hi Doctor, I delivered a baby 40 days back through c-section and before that I was on complete bed rest for 3.5 months due to emergency cervical cerclage. I'm having extreme lower back and shoulder pain even though I am maintaining posture while feeding in sitting position. Below are my queries - 1. Can I continue having mustard seed oil massage? 2. I have taken hepatitis b vaccine from past 2 months now i felt pain in arm from 1 and half month the pain is present, hand movements and x ray report is normal but pain sometimes goes and comes and by doing activity pain increased and after taking dose after 1 month some day i have numbness in arm for 6 days which is gone now and only pain is present which is not constant and somtimes present in outer arm and inner arm and in injection site and sometimes it is diffuse and stabbing types so plz doctor help me Is there any nerve problem
