I fell down xray was normal but severe pain in the lower back pain right side which spreds to total leg. Shooting and burning sensation. I touched my lower pack by bending I can sense small round figures touching my finger what it mean I suffering from severe pain what's the next step I need to go. Is it because of injury.what are tests to be done will it go away on its own
