Left Ankle Joint
Hello Doctors,
Could someone suggest me how serious my injury is. Currently I have been put on plaster but still the pain is not reducing.
My ankle MRI report reads:
Transversely oriented T1 hypointense fracture is noted traversing base of lateral malleolus. Tear of superiormost fibres of anterior talofibular ligament is noted. Intact inferior fascicle of the ATFL is seen to take attachment to anterior colliculus of the avulsed lateral malleolus. Fibular end of calcaenofibular ligament shows intermediate signal intensity, suggesting possiblility of low grade intrasubstance tear at fibular end of CFL.
Bones & Joints:
Tibiotalar joint is normal with no evidence of subchondral hyperintensity and effusion.
Subtalar joint with anterior, middle and posterior subtalar facets are normal.
Calcaneocuboid and talonavicular joints are normal.
lateral malleolus, talar dome, calcaneum and talus are normal.

Please check the xray
Please check the xray attached as photo.
This is xray of my friends leg. A ortho doctor in vicinity has advised 21 day bed rest, but he has already planned to travel after a week which is nearly inevitable. So what to do, shall he cancel that visit or any other option is available? Please guide

Front neck pain (spark like pain)
Hello sir/ma'am
My front right neck not completely towards the right side but beside the thyroid has these small sensations of pain that comes and goes. I feared and did some carotid artery test which the doctor said is normal. The pain is not constant, it comes and goes like a spark. And mostly in the same place and same pattern.
I'm so worried.
The images I attached is the exact location
