Dear Doctors,
I have been experiencing backache and knee pain for a while now. After consulting a doctor, I took Shelcal and Joint Complex Q10 for a month, which provided slight improvement. However, I now feel that the discomfort is more due to stiffness or inflammation. I was also informed that I have hypermobile joints. I often feel the need to stretch my back and knees, and I hear a clicking sound when I do so. Is there a permanent solution to this issue?
Thanks for your time and response.
