Joint and Muscle pains
My mother is facing joint and muscle pains since 4-5 months. She doesn't gave diabetes and have no health issues in general. She first had the pains in the left hand and then later started  getting the pain in the right hand..Now she is getting pain in the leg and no significant pain in hands. The pain has remained for quite sometime now. Can you please help ? Thanks a lot in advance.

• Gentle Stretching of Hand Muscles. • Ball exercises. • Wrist Exerciser• Quadriceps strengthening exercises- • Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day .
