Bone & Muscle problems

In feb putter side of left thigh started feeling numb and in March lower back pain right side , got an mri done in June so got To know it's a disc bulge , now the back pain is 3/10 but the thigh numbness / tingling is 5/10 , started doing yoga and back strengthening exercises so will this thigh numbness take time ? Avoiding bending forward and picking up heavy weights !! Getting physio also done , is it something I should worry about ? Or does it take so long !!

I am a 20 year old girl and I am 150 cms tall (4'11"). I don't have any conditions or comorbidities or medications. I try to eat healthy and have a normal lifestyle. I exercise regularly. I wanted to know if I can grow any taller at 20. It would really be useful if I can grow a few inches over a span with the help of medication or otherwise. Let me know if there's any way to aid the natural hormonal growth pattern. Thank you.

My right knee feels stiff and i feel issue in climbing stairs since 2 weeks . I m 30 years old and my weight is 110 kh currently doing dieting and have less vitamin d levels so taking medicine for that also through a doctors advice.

Side hip pain. Mainly coming from trochanteric bone I guess. . Pain after sleeping on that side of area. Few times water running down leg feeling . I have habitt of sleeping on left side body now left side trochanteric bone painning . Right side trochanteric bone sometimes pains. How to sleep in night

Hi...my name is bhaumik ...I'm 24 years old...right now im at home 24 hours...I don't have any previous injury and I don't sit for hours at one place.... ... before some times I was doing dumbbells and exercising in home at that time my muscles pain occurs due to lack knowledge of exercising but after some time it gone by it self but from several days I'm having lower back pain when I wake up every  morning and it stays around half hours and then gone by its own ...i used many spray and ice on it but  it does nothing.. .please suggest me proper treatment for it.

My Aunt suffers pain in legs whenever she stands for a long duration. Her pain is in foots below ankles. What should she do about it. I have also attached an X-RAY of her foot.

I had liver transplant in November 2019. Since March 2020 I have pain in ribs area. I have consulted the doctor who did the operation he advised ultracet & cool padding around the area. I also talked to orthopedic through practo. He advised ointment & continue with pain killer. But the pain still persists. Sometimes the pain is so severe I cannot bear Because of Corona my surgery doctor is advising not to visit Hospital for full checkup Pls advise

Pain in the right elbow. Pains while lifting right arm. Feel pain while lifting something even mug of water at the time of bath.Took Tendocare "Tenata" for one month with some improvement. But still persisting without any noticeable improvement.

Lots of back pain since three weeks. Sometimes pain is less sometime is more...advice some medicine for this thanks
