I don't knw why my foot pains alot while walking or standing for long and it increases when I walked bare footed and sometimes it goes along with lower back pain ... please suggest me something

I had a ligament injury at right leg knee, with the time, It recovers with the help of medicines, and now I am having pain at lower part of right leg and on the left leg and sometimes at both knew too, that pain sometimes so severe that I can't control, even m having pain at foot a lot at night and it's happening from the last 2-3 months. Even before the ligament injury, I had this pain at  lower part of leg  and doctor prescribed calcium, multi vitamin a lot but only after using painkiller, I sleep

My mother is 45 years old suffering from shoulder pain for the past 6 months. Consulted regarding that and is undergoing medication. She hasn't been feeling pain because of the prescribed medicines but is now down with loss of appetite, bitterness and extreme sleepiness as well. She says she feels exhausted all the time. This started ever since she started medication and its been a week since she started consuming. Attached is the prescribed medicines list and if you can provide a substitute for any med mentioned that can cause side effects as such, please advice on the same. Hi, My mother has polio since she was 5 years old. She has arthritis issue. From last 6 months she has heavy pain in her right knee. Whenever she tries to stand or walk, it pains. But if she bends her leg then there is no pain. We have consulted 2 different doctor. Both of them saying her bones are being worn out. There is no medicine treatments usefull for her. She needs to do knee replacement. After doing MRI they can confirm, which knee replacement suits her. I just want to confirm whether is this the only option available.

Left Mid Fore Arm have constant pain and little bit swelling since 2 days... Some times pain becomes unbearable... Any advice under this low availability of doctors...

Hi all, I had accident on feb-2019  due to that femur get fracture and thigh is get burst then rod is inserted. Now, able to do all after an year but not running and muscle is weak and nowadays, weather change affect me now pain, inflammation all over the femur and nearer to knee. In few days, i am not able to walk without limp n pain. Please suggest some supplements that increase bone strength and muscles formation .some of suggested prefer collagen supplement which or bone broth (but i am vege). Please see picture and suggest some exercise and supplement that help me to get back my normal strengthening before fracture.

My aunt is suffering from the pain caused by a bump at the end of back muscle ( end of spinal cord) The pain has exists from past 3 days. And it made walking difficult for her. What is this actual issue and what is the treatment for this

From past 10days I am getting back pain, when I slept for long. While sleeping at night It is good... but, at early hours in morning I feeling back pain untile I woke up and sit. After wokeup and sitting on bed, it will reduce.

I am 35 years  female working as a professor. I have a 2 year old son. Now, for the past 2 weeks, even a minimal house hold chore creates pain in both the arms from shoulders till fingers. It pains specifically in the joints, wrists and even in finger joints. Is it associated with any calcium or vitamin D deficiency. What type of supplements is recommended? Should I take any specific blood test to take medication?
